By using the Nurses Catalysts website, mobile site, or app (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or applicable to specific sections of the Site. Accessing the Site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. Accessing the Site solely for reviewing these Terms of Service does not constitute “use” of the Site unless further engagement occurs.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the Site, you confirm that:

  • Accessing study materials and courses purchased for up to 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • Downloading and printing individual pages of the Site for personal use, provided copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Modifying, reproducing, publishing, distributing, or creating derivative works from Site content without explicit authorization.
  • Sharing purchased materials or courses beyond your individual use.

Note: If a course enrollment expires (after 1 year from the date of purchase), the course must be repurchased to regain access.

6. User Submissions and Content Posting

When you post or upload content on the Site (e.g., forum discussions or shared experiences), you grant Nurses Catalysts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and publicly display such content in any medium or format.   • Avoid speculative, fraudulent, or false purchases.

While we have no obligation to monitor these areas, we reserve the right at all times, in our sole discretion, to:

14. Classified Advertising

All classified ads are subject to the applicable rate card, copies of which are available from our Advertising Dept. All ads are subject to approval before publication.

Key points about classified advertising:

  • We reserve the right to edit, refuse, reject, classify or cancel any ad at any time.
  • Errors must be reported on the first day of publication.
  • We are not liable for any loss or expense resulting from an advertisement error or omission.

When you submit a classified ad, you agree that the advertisement becomes our property. You assign all ownership interest in the advertisement to us under copyright law. Submission does not guarantee publication, and publication does not constitute an agreement for continued publication.

15. Job Listings

Our Site may permit users to post and search for job openings. We do not knowingly accept listings that:

  • Are not for bona fide job opportunities;
  • Discriminate or intend to discriminate on any illegal basis;
  • Are otherwise illegal.
