Respiratory acidosis

But I can't see pH help to know the compensation

If PH is normal is full compensation

While if PH is abnormal is uncompensation or partial compensation

PH is acidosis

CO2:acidosis

CO3 is normal

PO2 is moderate hypoxemia

Conclusion : Respiratory acidosis due to moderate hypoxemia with partial compensation
