NSAIDs is the Class of drugs which has properties of Anti-Inflammatory, Analgesic, Antipyretic properties.
Anti-inflammatory property means this Drug remove or relieve the inflammation and prevent Inflammation.
Analgesic properties means that this Drugs Relieve the pain by suppressing Histamine release and pyrogen release in hypothalamus.
Antipyretics means this drugs relieve fever they stimulate hypothalamus to ignore fever or disturbed in body temperature and reduce that temperature.

When patient take this Non steroid Anti inflammatory drugs they inhibit cox-1 which is more helpful in the body and this will increase gastric acid secretion this will harm the patient by increasing gastric acid which will result in gastric ulcer, bleeding and other effect that are listed above, and reduction of blood flow in the kidney.
How can patient prevent the side effect of Non steroid anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen, aspirin, diclofenac, indomethacin( Indocin) mefenamic acid, naproxen, and Celebrex?
The patient will consume the normal dose and take it when stomach is full. never take this medication when you are empty with stomach when you take it with empty stomach it will increase the risk of gastric disorder like GI bleeding, Ulcer in stomach and heartburn, abdominal pain, and this can lead to the anemia.

I would like to advise you that to take prescribed dose with but take it with full stomach because this drugs can induce the abdominal pain which make you to fell uncomfortable and make this will Disturb your body image. when you are taking this medication please report any sign and symptom that you will get to the nurses or other health care provider's. Never use this Drugs on the patient with the empty stomach, better take it with food or milk to Decrease GI upset and Never use it if you have the Asthma because can stimulate beta receptor and exacerbate the bronchospasm .
